Bug#618842: Suggest upgrading severity?

I just hit this upgrading my "testing" installation, and it made plasma- desktop completely unusable in that it did not run at all until I removed python-kde. Should that imply this is at least "important", or maybe even "grave"? Adam -- Adam Spragg
