Bug#1053665: libavif mismatch?

I see that during the build the package is installed, but it's somehow not compatible? Does KDE expect an older version or it's cmake not doing it right? Does it need an upstream bug report or may be Plasma 6 is handling this better? See: https://buildd.debian.org/status/fetch.php?pkg=kimageforma
