I will try the latest version (4:4.3.4-3 for now) after a reboot, I can confirm
for the previous version (4:4.3.4-1) that I also had to enter my password twice.

Notice bug #556971; I found some info related to pulseaudio in kde bugreports.
I solved uninstalling pulseaudio, in the bug i reported there
is an alternative solution.
