Kmail crashed very shortly after startup, after displaying a message
about a network error (server could not be reached).
I have a simple configuration with only one IMAP account configured.

Kcontrol>Internet&Network>Samba>Users tab, does not add users.
Step 1: Get to kcontrol>Internet & Network > Samba and enter
Administrator Mode. Enter password and go onto next step.

As far as I understood the issue, the problem is that no /usr/bin/ps2pdf is
available.
gs-common provides several similar commands:
gs-common: usr/bin/ps2pdf12
gs-common: usr/bin/ps2pdf13
gs-common: usr/bin/ps2pdf14
gs-common: usr/bin/ps2pdfwr
I've renamed one of them to ps2pdf
