Hello,
I have installed serveral chinese fonts[1], and I can find them in xlsfonts[2]
and fc-list[3], and use them in gnome-terminal, mlterm and qtconfig. but I
can't use them in konsole.
I don't know whether this bug belongs to konsole. If
Since the problem has disappeared for a long time in later versions of
konqueror and scim, I suggest the bug report can be safely closed if nobody
complains now.
BTW, my current version of konqueror is 3.5.2-2+b1 and scim 1.4.4-1+b1.

cvsblame opens kfmclient, wich yields only errors for me, as I want to use
cvsblame, but not konqueror. (btw: the package does not depend on konqueror,
wich is ok.)

I don't think it's a network / firewall issue, because I have another
computer that I access from the Internet the same way, and on which Krfb
works well.
This other computer (a dell laptop) is configured with almost the same
