If you use Desktop size bigger than current Xsession resolution kcontrol
crashes afters selecting resolution panel: kcontrol->Peripherals->Display
It's easy to reproduce this bug.
If you have in /etc/X11/XF86Config-4 modes like this:

yes, most likely because they are marked as "auto-installed" (think of
libraries). you'll have to mark all kdegraphics packages yo

Dear maintainers,
Installed a few weeks ago DEB-Sarge as a desired successor of my mixture of
SuSE and own enhancements of LINUX. So please don't be too harsh if my
question is very newbie.
I wanted to remove the package "sane" as I do not own a scanner. Aptitude
told me, that "kooka" depended

Kopete can be crashed simply by clicking the connect all/disconnect all
buttons four or five times. It happens when there is a time delay as
well, so if you want to reconnect to a network more than a few times
you'll have to restart

Package: kate
Version: 4:3.3.0-1
Severity: wishlist
I think that the kate package should suggest or recommend konsole.
Konsole is needed if you want to use the builtin konsole in kate
(if you don't it runs fine without).
Had quite a hard time finding out that kate did require konsole.

I spoke too soon. After an hour of using korganizer, the problem
resumed--every time I hit PgUp/PgDown (or several other keys), a "new
appointment" window reappears. So it would seem the problem arises over
time or as the result of some other program. Let me know if there's
anything I can do to
Package: kdm
Version: 4:3.3.0-1

The new /etc/kde3/kdm/Xsession file (which no longer just sources
/etc/X11/Xsession) does not seem to support embedding the session
under ssh-agent.

Actually, now that I've rebooted, the problem described above has
disappeared and I can no longer duplicate it. Perhaps it was a glitch in
the initial execution of the new korganizer?
I suppose if no one else comments on this bug, we can close it. It was
unusual behavior to say the list, however

There seems to be no need for gv. I purged gv from my system, and kdeprint
still functions.
#dpkg -L kdeprint | xargs grep gv
gives no matches. (except documentation images)
