I installed this php5 module as a dependency of libphp-simplepie and
since then apache doesn's start anymore. I verified that decommenting
the line in /etc/php5/conf.d/idn.conf makes it work again.
Further inspection seems to indicate that it m

upstream tarball feature that it offers.
I also recommend switching to quilt if you use another patch system
since it's now the patch system that is endorsed by the dpkg maintainers.

Hopefully you will find debusine cool :-) being a web service, it
ast... even though Luca is very annoyed
at the technical committee decision, ultimately I'm pretty sure that
things will settle down and that systemd-resolved will come back in
Debian.
