package corresponding to version 3.0.0 of SOCI (http://soci.sourceforge.net)
has just been released by your services:

You certainly were not aware of that, but I currently strive
kwave_0.8.1-1_amd64.changes uploaded successfully to localhost
along with the files:
kwave_0.8.1-1.dsc
kwave_0.8.1.orig.tar.gz
kwave_0.8.1-1.diff.gz
kwave_0.8.1-1_amd64.deb

Your package currently can't be build because it has a versioned
build depends on libltdl3-dev. libltdl3-dev has been renamed to
libltdl-dev, and libltdl-dev now provides libltdl3-dev.
Please change your build depedency to use libltdl-dev
