If not executed directly but from a program (on my machine licq) wavp
starts filling my Harddisk. ca 100MB a minute. I am not able to locate
these data, and with a reboot this extra data is erased, it seems.

one important detail i overlooked when i submitted this bug report is
that the mailbox i was monitoring was from procmail. i tested
2.4pl25ME+95-3 with procmail disabled and it didn't produced the
problem.
