when I write scanimage -L after reboot, scanner is found
but after that I write the same command and "No scanners were identified".
Something is wrong.
pi@raspberrypi ~ $ scanimage -L
device `xerox_mfp:libusb:001:005' is a SAMSUNG ORION multi-function
peripheral
pi@raspberrypi ~ $ scanimage
Package: sane-utils
Version: 1.0.22-7.4
I have a multiofunction printer Samsung SCX-4200. It was working pretty good
with sane 1.0.21. Today, I updated my system and sane-utils to 1.0.22-7.4.
sane-find-scanner found my scaner:
root@raspberrypi:/home/pi# sane-find-scanner
# sane-find-scanner
While testing new version, I found included fix introduces regression.
Proposed patch is on <https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=526513#c8>.
I mailed upstream but no reposne yet.

Hi,
The OFF_T_PRINTF #defines at the top of tools/ps_inspect.c seem very
buggy too me, I guess you should be checking this kind of things from
configure.
The easier way is to use patch bellow. The "long long" type
is mandatory in ISO C99 and supported for a very long time by
long time already, see i.e.

unfortunately #493702 is not fixed,
The 06-relibtoolize.dpatch is not included in debian/patches/00list,
therefore it is not applied during build.
