Bug#346175: don't hardcode netscape

I tried hardcoding x-www-browser into the source code and it's not as easy as it seems. Vrweb is using remote commands to control the browser, so only mosaic and netscape work. I will try to find a way to bypass the remote commands and just simply launch any browser externally. Stan -- To UN
