There is a new 3.0.4 version available which fixes some parsing issues
and include a tzdata informations, it would be nice to get into Debian

maintainer here, so I guess he'll decide what he want to do.
BTW in both case, that's a old changelog entry and not a big problem
... and if the entry is changed, next time somebody will look on curiosa
archives he'll wondering what's happened to this :)
