It seems that when temperature measurements are unavailable,
gweather-applet-2 actually calculated -17.8 degrees Celsius
for both temperature and dew point. Of course, -17.8 is an
impossible value (since METAR temperature and dew point are both
given as integer values in degrees Celsius).
