Bug#918774: This bug now fixed upstream

With a substantial effort (learning much more about pango and freetype than I wanted to) I have now fixed this (and several other) upstream bugs in libLASi and made a bugfix release 1.1.3 containing these improvements that has been well tested on Debian Buster. See
