I can add another confirmation of this bug. My symptoms and solution
were the same as reported above.
For reference, my experience was as follows:
NFS failed to restart after upgrade from 1:1.2.8-5 to 1:1.2.8-6.
Reverting to previously working nfs-common and nfs-kernel-ser
I had the same issue, and I was able to fix it with Vincent's
suggestion to downgrade libtirpc1. Also, don't forget to restart
rpcbind after downgrading the package.
