Bug#446773: html2ps: DSC in config files is ignored

Package: html2ps Version: 1.0b5-4 Severity: normal DSC:1 is ignored in the configuration file, while --dsc or -D works on the command line. This is new bug, it was not present in old versions, so my old scripts do not work any more. As an example, download this:
