As Gaetan wrote, there is a mismatch of variables in the cacti.postinst script,
which stops installation with "Cacti is not configured due to wrong mysql
hostname/credential".
With a hotfix I could repeat the installation successfull

I couldn't remove webbase from my system. I know this is not much info,
but please let me know what more info you need.
I'd also appreciate a workaround if the problem won't be fixed fairly soon.

Please remove wanpipe; it has been orphaned for a long time, doesn't
have build-deps and is generally out of date; in #190619 the original
maintainer said he'd request the removal but never got around to it.
