Using [1] to reset a forgotten password doesn't work; after one enters a

Hi all,
As this bug is still open, I'm just replying here instead of creating a
new one:
The confirmation mail which one gets after adding a mail address to an
account contains a link to t.d.o which starts with http://. Maybe this
could be fixed as well.
