If one is listed in `main' for some packages and subscribed (eg
`ddpo') for others, one gets several sections. The columsn then don't
line up, which is confusing.
This could be fixed by making the whole thing one table rather than
several.

I should say: if you like my suggestion, I'd be happy to supply a
patch to the generation code, rather than a mockup.
