After talking with pabs on IRC, he's OK with me leaving this ticket open as a reference as I reach out to T-Mobile to try and fix things. luca helped me verify that no traffic was reaching quantz when an HTTP request is made, and it seems that this problem is isolated to T-Mobile. I've reached out
