Here are some more bugs needing uploads. This list includes packages
which needed replacement direct dependencies, are tested in pbuilder,
and have no changes reported by debdiff save for some
version/size/depends stuff.

nearly automatically. It isn't intended to be fully automatic,
because someone should actually read the .diff, of course. It runs
pbuild using the recommended build-deps, and uses debdiff to assert
