About removing the figurine package, I use this regularly, since there
are some things xfig does poorly with respect to object snapping and dia
really does something pretty different.
I'm not a debian developer, but I'd be willing to act as an upstream
maintainer if that will keep this package in

This package has been broken due to xlib6g dependencies for a while,
The package can't be installed on sid and can't be added to sarge
(apparently for 966 days now!).
Drake hasn't been seen by the echelon since late March. The package
should probably be orphaned.
