Ispell - upstream address?

(please Cc all replies to me) Hi, I've noticed ispell is orphaned, and intend to adopt it (I'll post the intent formally a bit later) - but I'd like to get hold of upstream if at all possible, and the web address given in the source returns me 404, which makes me wonder whether he's moved

Yes, I've got it "almost" ready to upload; I have closed or forwarded most of the bugs and corrected the upstream addresses, improved the packaging, among other things. The upstream developer and the -mentors list have been very responsive and helpful. I don't need a sponsor (already have one)
