Interesting project Jeroen.
Is this framework eventually could support "third party" submitted watch
file for maintaining watch file in a place external to the package
itself?
It could be useful for dehs[1] and integrating dehs data in this
framework.

all sorts of automated tests on the Debian archive to be collected at
one central place, and be made available for Developers, testers, and
anyone else interested via one clear interface.
