the given reason is good of course).

Michael just told he's working on it, and he already did several uploads,
so...

Also, you install once (usually takes no more than 1 hour) and you keep
your running system for a much longer while.
Not that bugs in the install shouldn't be fixed (fixed, not documented! ;)
