Is Jacek MIA?

Hi! I was taking a look at the package "elmo" and I saw that it was last uploaded by Jacek on 2004. There are 7 bugs opened against elmo (some are easy to fix) and the last upload was a NMU by Bastian Venthur. There is also a new upstream release (version 1.3.2), but it's not reported to the BTS.
