In my opinion it should be removed, because the Development is dead
and it's currently Buggy in testing. If someone needs something
better, there are alternatives that can be packaged and uploaded to
archive.

n the upload part, I just use mentors for that. I don't need to VCS for nothing
in these cases. I think to import debian/ to VCS is only a time and server
wasting.

Looks like popcon is dead at qa.debian.org, it doesn't work for any package.
But it would be nice to have some message when it's not working, when it
can't get any popcon information for some reason.
