If the goal isn't to 'not release apt-listbugs with etch',
this is going to be bad.
Note that the load for apt-listbugs is quite huge, and I doubt
qa.deb

To me, that patch as specified in 322467 is not applied, so from a

This surely would be interesting for pbuilder, so that users can do
distributed build-testing.

My impression running the "compact" image was that
the screen just keeps on flashing, when after busybox starts.
(under bochs).
But maybe something else is wrong on my setup.

It should build depend on
libgpgme-dev (>= 0.2.3)
as it seems to require it.
The binary uploaded to Debian was probably
not compiled with new enough version of libgpgme.
