Some packages do not have an upstream that can be checked. In many
cases, such packages have a 'debian/watch' file consisting only of
comments that explain why 'uscan' cannot be used for the package.
The DEHS reports this as a package "without a checkable

In november there will again be a Debian QA meeting in Extremadura. It
will probably be from the 26th of November till the 30th of November.
This years meeting will at least be used for preparing tdebs into the
archive and into supporting tools. Therefor at least some FTP Team
members and i18n
