The quality of Debian is hard to measure.
Does a single package in unstable by a single maintainer have any
effect on debian?
I've been asked to verify with Paul Haggart the status of the tin and
fetchmail packages.
Two days ago, fetchmail was handled to Chris Ball. Chris is currently
undergoing the NM process, so I'll sponsor him.
Paul will continue maintaining tin, and says that he has a new package about
half-done.
