The NMU should have fixed the bug. It should be marked as closed
by either the QA group or the submitter of the bug. I have no power
to close this bug.

The bug was fixed in my NMU debian-policy_2.4.1.2 . The diff is
attached, though basically all the pkg needed was rebuilding.

I'll demote the severity of this bug when the installation take place.
I'll attach the diff for my NMU of developers-reference, although it's
reather irrelevant, since a rebuild of the package is what fixed it.
QA team: should I mark this bug as closed or just demote it to Normal
