I'm interpreting that as you agreeing to follow the team policy, and
I've added you.
Welcome to the team.

changes to its salsa repo, but I realized that I never joined the team, because
my main python contribution in the past went to d-gis blend. From time to time
I could manage to contribute to other packages.
Of course I'm fam

Let me polish this a bit more, and then I am going to ask you to have a
look, OK?
Sure. :)

From a quick look at librcsb-core-wrapper, it doesn't seem to fit
DPMT. As far as I understand it, it's a library package that just
happens to have Python bindings.
Hmm, I thought libraries with bindings were modules just as well as - I
don't know - 'native'

I personally don't mind very much about the team - the main point is
that there is any team behind a package that really cares. As far as I
can tell you are welcome on any Debian mailing list to ask for advise
about packaging issues if it is on topic and ha

That's probably a bit missleading wording. There is no such decision
making process in the Debian Med team - we adopted t

Dear Jakub!
The reason is that I am as yet undecided about where to put the package. I
wanted to start working on it, and so I have - for now - injected it
into the Debian Med repo. But sometimes the Debian Med group decides that packs

I think he's checking that it's OK to get help here with some
packaging that won't live in the DPMT repository. That's presumably
fine, but if he's not sure, it's pol

You seem to use svn with mergeWithUpstream. This is how the majority of
packages are at the Deb Med team as well. I hope you do not mind if I
place the package - librcsb-core-wrapper - into the Debian Med
repository?
I'm confused. Why do you ask _us_ if you
