Is it OK to include CSS files via a Debian patch to patch out cloudflare links?

this lintian warning, Can I include those css files via a debian patch to link to them instead of cloudflare and remove this patch later when the required version of highlight.js is packaged? highlight.js version on sid: https://packages.debian.org/sid/libjs-highlight.js Best Regards, Ahmed Siam
