I joined the team recently, injected my package into svn, and have now
uploaded it to mentors. The package looks lintian-clean, and my test
installations have worked OK. I'll gladly fix anything a sponsor might
request to be fixed. Below is the RFS templat

I have recently joined the PAPT team and plan to upload a python
application that I am working on. I have a few questions about the the
uploading process.
1.I have read http://python-apps.alioth.debian.org/policy.html. It
doesn't seem to indicate anything about filing an ITP.
