I just uploaded some fixes to numpy 1.1.1, currently in incoming. The
attached patch fixes the packaging so that it compiles with the new
numpy 1.2.1. However, I had to comment out all the documentation
building, as it has changed upstream (and the current Debian packaging
breaks the build).
