DEP5: Editorial changes

I propose the attached patch to make some editorial changes to DEP5. A summary of the changes is below. I believe these should be uncontroversial and that they do not change the meaning of the spec, but do make it easier to read and edit. If nobody objects, I'll apply and push this in a day or two
