, so max "waiting for DAM" days would be basically less
than one month. But the order of the process may be affected the time of
initial application sending time as well as the final report sending time.
So prediction is difficult.
I presume that the current delay may be affected by the i

Maybe the well-created "quiz" will work to lower the barriers, I hope.

It's your life, so it's you to decide what to do. I agree that helping
answer questions on debian-user list is certainly a kind of contribution.

I plan to create a new page as devel/join/nm-amhowto for this text

Is this OK ?

the applicant does not have the signed key, then he/she has to provide
the scanned/digitized photo-image of some identification, as same as the

I don't know where that link is. If anyone know, please send it to me.
Will move them from nm-step2 into nm-amchecklist.

I have committed in cvs to add some note on photo-ID into nm-step2 page.

For the record, I won't object this proposal (in fact, I prefer this).
I know the decision is not under my control at all, of course.

Now, many free softwares have been actively developped, and some of
us can live perfectly only with the official Debian distribution
(i.e. don't need the contrib and non-free).
But, can we believe now that "effectively compete in the commercial
market" does not need the existence of "non-free" area ?
We are here to change the world, not to please the limited party.
