State Museum of Pennsylvania - Debian copyright infringement?

Hi, I am not a lawyer, but there seems to be a breach of Debian copyright being used at the State Museum of Pennsylvania - see http://www.statemuseumpa.org/shop.html. The 'Radius' shop seems to be using the Debian logo (rotated 90 degrees to the right) in violation of the Debian Open Use Log
