Hi,
I was looking to track down a bug experienced using the driver [1], from
the point of view of ghostscript. In that PPD, I see:

this printer was moved, and I can no longer locate it.

I've used the ubuntu package on my amd64 wheezy/testing machine and
indeed I don't have the segfaults anymore.
Hope we can get this resolved on the package update.

Although gutenprint is orphaned, I am keeping it up to date, but
no longer have the time or hardware to test new releases. I've
put a packaged version of the new 5.2.7 upstream release at

A small update to the step-by-step instructions (use a preferences-file
instead of synaptic to do package pinning since the pinning feature of
synaptic didn't quite seem to work on my system).
