iBook2 (700Mhz-14") : XFree very *very* slow

Hi ! I followed the instructions from www.hispalinux.es/~data/ and i succeeded in having Xfree working. BUT, it is very slow: at least 30s to launch windowmaker, the same to have the menu displayed, or to have an xterm. Can someone help me ? --michael _
