I have problems with the libqt2 dependencies:
libqt2 depends on qt2, which is a virtual package provided by libqt2.
So libqt2 is not installable.

Well, I'm working my way through installing debian onto my iMac with
dselect and I've hit a snag. I've copied/mount the directories from
ftp.debian.org...main/binary-powerpc/ to an hfs drive on my computer.

I finally managed to get it netbooting (I'd never done this before
with any machine, so had I messed a few things up).
I used the kernels zImage.chrp and zImage.chrp.smp in
ftp.ppc.kernel.org:/pub/linuxppc/kernel-images/v2.2.13-991019/
The non smp one barfs with:
