I'm running 2.4.20-ben8 on an iBook2.2. I recently tried to use the usb port to get at pictures on my Olympus D-100 camera. I've installed hotplug, but can't seem to mount the camera. When I jack the camera into the port, dmesg looks like this: hub.c: new USB device 10:19.0-1, assigned address 4
