Hi,
actually I do not want to use the ISDN router at all except as a backup
- mostly it is switched off anyway and it was when I first tried network
access. I used it just on a hunch that there might be a problem with my
DSL connection. I tried the setup from Knoppix and using the route

Putting the two gateways on the same subnet may not be a good idea

the other on 192.168.1.1 (for example).

Hi!
I have a weired network problem. I have an ISDN router on 192.168.0.1
and a DSL router on 192.168.0.2. Both work nicely from other OS. Now I
set up the default route to point to teh ISDN router with "route add
default gw 192.168.0.1" and everything is up and running over ISDN.
