Some patch that went in -rc1 screwed up the existing .config's, you
probably lost CONFIG_BLK_DEV_IDE_PM

Yes, I installed yesterday Debian using a 2.6.16-rc1 G5 build, works
OK on the new iMac "iSight". HD access OK, no Windfarm support yet
and no X.
