numerous bugs. I think there is an ancient version available, which
is filled with security problems.

found this hint on the Debian Hompage with regard to potato. At the moment I
have installed woody. I tried an apt-get install ..., but it failed. Apt-get
couldn't find the package 'communicator-smotif-477'.

Under X I get PAM-related problems as I posted some days before. Under
console, everything runs fine[1]. Under X in a xterm, I get problems with

Hi!
The currently uploaded Communicator 4.08 has a problem: it depends on
libstdc++2.8, but that is not available for PPC. How is one supposed to
get that to work? :-)
