I forgot to mention.. this hanging occurs only when I startx as myself.. if I try startx as root, everything works just fine.. nirmal

Hi.. I had almost everything working fine on my ibook3... X was working fine and KDE used to startup fine.. then I tried installing pmud and it kind of screwed up some things I think.. right now, when KDE starts up, it hangs while trying to "initialize system services". That's the second flashing i
