im way too lazy to compile my own kernel. and i would like to see
this actually be in the kernel. there was mention of making it
conditional as apparently it breaks things for some machine.

I want to use the external video output of my Powerbook G3 Pismo but I can't
get it working.
First I tried m3mirror but this tool does nothing at first. The external video
has no signal.
After rebooting with connected external monitor the monitor got a signal but
only during the short boo
