I have an Sitecom 10/100 card, it is nicely recognised under YDL3,
it seems to be the linksys chipset. (not under os 9, X not yet installed,
gives problems...)
Hardware: G3/266 beige...

This is a question for macos/linux on a Blue White (but on G3 266 as well,
where I solved the problem by putting 2 scsi inside, deleting the ide).
I have found a reference @ibm where they mentioned a method to boot linux
from external usb/firewire drive.

Hmmm, when I do this, I can no longer *see* the hd under macos9
cdrom is the first on the cable, hd comes second...

I always see packages on becoming server, but none on
