cmake depends on missing:
- cmake-data (= 2.8.12.2-1+b1)
That's #760823 (the = means a dependency on a particular version, in
this case one that never existed), which has already been fixed.

I don't claim to understand this problem: I found it while idly browsing
the "why aren't we built on arm64 yet" tree, and investigated because it
superficially resembled something I'd fixed before.
As it now appears to be a coin3-specific issue rather than a more
general issue with using both
Debian coin3 currently uses --with autotools_dev [0] and hence FTBFS on
ppc64el [1]. This bug is not yet in the BTS.
Ubuntu coin3 first tried to fix this by switching to --with
autotools_dev,autoreconf , which didn't work [2]. They then also
patched configure and aclocal.m4 [3], which worked
