42T microchannel..... again

I know this was asked many years back ... but I thought I'd get an up-to-date answer. I have an IBM 42T. It's a PowerPC but with microchannel (MCA). Is there any way to make it useful for Linux? I have read that there is no MCA support in Linux, I've read that the 42T won't work as a result. I've

I have a 43p-140, It will netboot, start the installer and let be run through the motions. It doesn't seem to be able to recognize the cdrom or be able to set up the network. This puts a stop on the installation pretty quickly. I can't seem to figure it out on my own. Can anyone help? Attached is
